Meet Our Team

Our compassionate team is dedicated to creating a warm, supportive environment where residents feel at home everyday.

I strive to lead with integrity, excellence, and a servant’s heart

Lakisha Hall

Executive Director

My name is Lakisha Hall, and I am the Executive Director of Four Oaks Senior Living. I have been blessed to serve in the healthcare field for 28 years and counting. Although I have also had the opportunity to teach, my heart has always been rooted in healthcare. My passion for caring for others began at a young age while helping my grandmother. Those early experiences instilled in me a heart of compassion, service, and unconditional love. From that moment on, I knew that caring for others was more than a profession—it was my purpose. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving in many roles within healthcare, allowing me to gain knowledge and experience in multiple areas of patient care. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Phlebotomy Technician, Dialysis Technician, and Certified Dementia Practitioner, . I have also served as both a Memory Care Coordinator (MCC) and a Resident Care Coordinator (RCC), experiences that strengthened my leadership skills and deepened my passion for advocating for residents and their families. I believe our elderly deserve not only excellent care but also to feel valued, respected, heard, and loved. Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families has been one of the greatest blessings of my career. My dementia care certification has equipped me to provide compassionate, individualized care for those living with memory loss while supporting their loved ones through every stage of their journey. As Executive Director, I strive to lead with integrity, excellence, and a servant’s heart, creating an environment where residents receive quality care and where staff members are encouraged to grow, serve with compassion, and work together as a team. Every day is another opportunity to make a lasting impact, and I am grateful to continue serving in a field that has brought me so much fulfillment. “And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men.” — Colossians 3:23 (KJV) Healthcare is more than a career to me—it is a ministry of service. I thank God for allowing me to use the gifts He has given me to care for others, lead with compassion, and make a positive difference in the lives of those I serve each day.

I find great fulfillment in connecting with our residents and learning about their unique life journeys.

I love healthcare because caring for others has always been a part of who I am

Wanetta Dunn

Resident Care Coordinator

My name is Wanetta Dunn. I have been with Four Oaks Senior Living for 18 years and have been working in the healthcare field since 2015. I love healthcare because caring for others has always been a part of who I am. Growing up, I was the child who was always willing to help my aunts and grandmother with anything they needed. Those experiences inspired my passion for serving others and made me want to become a nurse. In addition to my healthcare experience, I have earned a certificate in Medical Billing and Coding. I enjoy making a positive difference in the lives of others and look forward to continuing to provide compassionate, quality care to those I serve. For me, healthcare is more than a career—it’s a calling to serve with kindness, lead with compassion, and care with my whole heart.

I consider it a privilege to prepare meals for people who have lived such full lives

Lynnette Dobbin

Dietary Manager

I’ve been cooking for many years and have a background in the restaurant industry. After exploring different avenues in the culinary world, cooking in healthcare has become my newest venture—and one of the most rewarding. I consider it a privilege to prepare meals for people who have lived such full lives, and it means a great deal to me when they enjoy something I’ve made. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, thrifting, listening to live music, decorating spaces, and, most of all, expressing my creativity through cooking. I love creating unique dishes inspired by different cultures and bringing flavors together in new and exciting ways. I’m also a certified Family Herbalist and enjoy creating natural skincare, haircare, and dental hygiene products. My children inspire me every day, along with the opportunity to bring comfort and joy to others through food.
